Shipping policy

For standard, customer-paid shipping, customer may specify shipping method by making a selection from the available UPS or USPS services.

For "promotional shipping rates", as defined by Tractor Brothers and subject to change without notice, including but not limited to free shipping, discounted shipping, or flat-rate shipping, shipping method will be chosen by Tractor Brothers.

Orders for in-stock items will ship by the end of the following business day.  Special order, non-stock items will ship when they arrive from the manufacturer/supplier.

WR Long, Inc. products will ship direct from manufacturer.  Leads times may vary, but will likely be at least 4-10 days.
